Following the Government’s announcement that we are entering into another nationwide lockdown, we will be closing our offices to the public.  Please be assured that we are continuing, so far as possible, to provide a full service to all our clients, both longstanding and new.

Please note that just as the public has been affected our staff have also been affected by the closure of schools and therefore we have had to make some changes to staffing working hours to be able to allow staff to accommodate the impact of the lockdown on their family commitments but also to enable staff to continue to work.  This has meant that some staff may not always be available between the hours of 9am and 5pm and maybe working alternative hours to ensure work can be carried out.

Please note that both our Whickham and Cramlington office phone lines remain open and we are endeavoring to answer all of your calls as quickly as possible. We are continuing to offer Telephone appointments and Video appointments (via Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype or FaceTime) where necessary.
