Geoff is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (CiLex) and has over thirty years of expertise covering the following; Preparing Wills to fit client's instructions, ranging from simple to complex wills to include Inheritance Tax Planning and setting up Will Trusts. Providing comprehensive and practical advice, guidance and support to executors, personal representatives, family members and beneficiaries who have an interest in the administration of a deceased person's estate. Giving advice to elderly clients about the Preservation of their Assets, Powers of Attorney for both, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Court of Protection applications to appoint a Deputy to look after the affairs of a person who is unable to do so, because they have lost capacity.
Geoff’s aim is to provide advice and guidance to his client's, so that they can achieve the best solution to the problems and difficulties which they may encounter in any of the above matters.
Outside of work, Geoff spends as much time as possible with his family and walking Charlie, his brilliant black lab.
